Is CS a later version of Photoshop 7?

I went to do on installation at the office and found that the CD was missing from the case. (And Quark Express has lost its validation code!) We had licences for both.

Hi Ann, yes CS is a later version of Photoshop 6. Photoshop went up to 9 and then CS.

Pretty sure that Photoshop 7 was followed by Photoshop CS (8), then Photoshop CS2 (9), then Photoshop CS3 (10).

If you do the Help About in CS3 it identifies itself as Version 10.0.1
