Suzi - It's getting worse. Where's the animate button?

Not sure with cs but in elements when you go to save to web it is right below where you click to save as a gif or whatever. when you click on gif below that should be a transparcy(sp) checked below that should be a box that say animate check that

Thanks Suzi!!! I got it.

Part of the problem was that I saved it as a .gif without saving it for the web as a .gif. The other part of the problem was that I was way over the upload limit size ... so I took out a bunch of frames. Thanks again for all your help!

Bill, when I made the animated christmas tree I ran into the same problem..what I did instead of removing layers was crop it using a 72 dpi and that worked for me
