What plug-ins Don Diego?
There are several ways to do this
1. this is for xp..not sure of vista follow this path
C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop CS3\Plug-Ins
2. the way I did it was to copy all my add-on plug-ins in a folders "named plug-ins" very original right
then in CS3 go to edit>preferences>plug-ins, check the box and browse to where that folder is.

hope this helps

Don, do number one of Suzi's suggestions if you got your computer changed to XP. That way you know they won't disappear. Someone posted directions for Vista in another thread yesterday.

Dear Susan and Kim:
This is what I did:
Edit > Preference > Plug-ins then checked Additional Plug-in Folder

I downloaded my plug in, right clicked on the zip folder > Extrac All > then moved the foulder of the plug in to a foulder I named CS3 Plugins which is the folder I had assigned previously in Preference.

Question number 2:
Where are the plug-ins in CS3 after you download them? I go to Windows and see Actions and Brushes but no Plugins.

If it is a plug-in it will show up in the filters section at the bottom

Don,

I have used this only slightly, but the process you have described should do the trick.

If you have loaded a new plugin, you should see it in the Filter menu

If what you are talking about is actions, I dont think you can do it this way. I am away from my CS3 system right now, but those you have to load them in the actions palette.
