Well, finally figured out my Show All Menu Items issue.

I use multiple workspaces - one of the neater features of CS3 and it was when I switched back to my preferred workspace that my menu items got collapsed and stuff.

I must have saved it originally when it was the Basic setup (which is truncated) as opposed to Default Workspace (which has all the Menu items).

Another problem solved. Don't you ever sleep!!!!! Never knew about multiple work spaces, learned something new also.
