I have a question about the TOU....regarding the designing elements that I created and contributed to the kit, can they still be used for my commercial purposes, or by contributing to this kit, did I forfeit that right?

Good question - never thought about it before. I personally don't see why you couldn't use your own creations as you see fit.

As far as i understand they are still your items to do with what you want.

I would have thought too that you can do with as you please with your own creations just not someone else's without their permission for anything other than personal use.
