Can someone tell me what the difference is between using papers or textures? Dont they give the same results?

Linda, scrap booking is not my thing but I think papers you put pictures on top of and textures go on top of pictures and you used blend modes and opacity setting. Wow, how is that for a run-on sentence. Papers are used as a background

True, Suzi, but I often use papers as textures. I've been tagging my scrapping stuff in Organizer, and I have lots of dual tags on papers and textures. My thinking is, use it if it works and don't worry about what it's called.

Some papers have texture applied to them as part of the creation process - so basically whatever works for you is what goes. That's the joy of digital scrapping - lots of flexibility!
