How do you insert a picture into a frame that has an all white inside with no transparency? Its just the frame around the outside and solid white on the inside when there picture will be.

What I would do is select the white, put it on its own layer then clip your picture to that. Or remove the white and put your picture below the frame layer and adjust to fit. Am I making sense to you, Linda

You could just resize the picture and put it on top, but for me the easiest way is to use the magic wand on the white and delete giving you a transparent area (make sure it is not labelled 'background' though(.
