I downloaded it and it seems to work well. I made a short video on selective coloring and sent it to my brother, who just started using Elements. The output is a .swf file. I made a 2 minute video and it was under 3 mb with narration. It does only use still shots but if you use the narration part and explain what you are doing, I think its easy to follow.
