Some of the new presets...wow! So far I really like 'timeless' and 'French Village. Also has the 'apply and continue' option.

Updates to already owned versions have always been free.

Yes, Adjust 5. Sorry for the confusion, and I do think it has the brush/opacity adjustments. I really have had a lot of time to play with it yet, just nosed around a bit.
