We were trying out a new chicken dish the other night and I just had to snap a photo of the veggies on top before it went in the oven.

That's one of our "often meals". Looking at your photo prompts me to start politicking DW to get it moved up on the schedule.

Rusty, those "little thingies" are blue potatoes! I got them in a bag with 2 other kinds of fingerling potatoes. Frankly, they all tasted the same to me!

Just around sunset on Christmas Day I stepped outside to get a breath of cool air and saw these "surf clouds". Have never seen anything like these before!

I researched them a little and found out they're officially known as Kelvin-Hemholtz clouds (or "K-H clouds" for short)!

Mary, those clouds are so unusual. Nice catch! I think purple / blue potatoes are delicious and your coq au van must have been delish too.
