Since our Flowers, Gardens, Landscapes and Everything Else thread is over 100 pages now, let's start a new thread here. Think of it as Part 2. Anything goes - landscapes, people, macros, pets, flowers, sports, urban, humorous, etc. Post your photos you'd like to share.

I'll start with a fauna photo.

Chris & the chicken seemed to like each other --- fun photo.

Starting Vol 2 of Everything else is terrific --- just in time for Halloween, & the other upcoming holidays.
This is going to be an interesting thread.

Rusty, sure would like to see some of your backyard wild life, soon -- or more of the kids on pumpkin day :)

The drought here kept a lot of the flora from flora-ing this year. This clematis did nothing all summer long, and then this week produced this lone blossom.

Chris must really enjoy all the wonderful things he gets to do. Boy i never did half the things he has been lucky to do and experience.
Irv yeah for the lone flower it is a beauty.
Betty i love the effect you got thanks for showing before and after.
BJ, love the before as well as the after.
Irv, sorry...we seem to have hogged all the rain this summer. Well over normal, but the lakes are still down from previous years drought.
Courtney, love seeing my favorite model. Last time I got near a hen (at about Chris' age) it pecked my hand......

Went to a Wildlife State Park yesterday.

The Nuthatch is very common throughout the State of Wisconsin. I always enjoy watching how they "walk down the tree" looking for bugs. They even assume this upsidedown pose on my feeder. We have two kinds here, White-breasted and Red-breasted (actually, more or an orangy cinnamon color). The White-breasted is slightly larger and does not have the distinctive black eye line found on the Red.
