Scott Kelby states that there is a lot of misinformation about Adobe Creative Cloud Pricing.
The way he explains it --- Creative Cloud subscription will not be $50-mo for current CS PS users, but $10-mo for a 1-year contract for current users of CS3 - 6.
Please read terms here http://www.adobe.com/store/en_us/popup/offer/ccm_single_app_offer.html. (need to register before July 31) https://creative.adobe.com/plans?plan=offers
The $600 yr subscription is only for new users of the whole suite -- Illustrator, Acobat, etc.
Kelby also explains that NEW USERS of PS can subscribe for $20.00/mo - 1 yr contract. (register before July 31). So, it sounds as if PSE users will be able to upgrade to PS (CC) for $240/yr. (Cheaper than my 1st PSE to PS upgrade in 08, which was about $300 +). fwiw (not sure what monthly subscriptions will be in the future)

Unfortunately, he doesn't get to the pricing details for about 5 minutes - after way too many ads & talk.
But, it is definitely worth watching if you might be interested in the bargain aspects of subscribing to the CC
I (as a CS6 user) likely will subscribe for only $10.00 a month, while maintaining the program on my PC.
However, there are still a lot of unanswered questions that I need answers to before signing up. Scott's May 7 blog Q&A provides some interesting info. http://scottkelby.com/
Looking forward to what other members learn & think about the future of PS. (please correct me if I misunderstood the pricing of moving from PSE to PS CC)
