One of my rhubarb plants was big enough to start pulling stalks.

This wasn't really enough to do much with but we still had some left in the freezer from last year. My wife had a new recipe with an interesting twist. She sprinkled a box of strawberry Jello powder over the top of the rhubarb before the crust.
