The Riverwest section of Locust Street is a funky area in the Milwaukee east side. They have a block party in June; this was the 37th. It starts off with a 5 km race thru the streets. I always enjoy going to see the funny outfits some of the runners don. I missed a shot of the bit overweight guy in a speedo)

We even had a horny cow planning to run :bigwink:
And, The Milwaukee Brewers' Racing Sausages came to cheer on the runners!

Rusty,

Nice shots. Looks like a great time was had!

BTW, what is the font you used?
John
Great cow hat! You got a good picture of that guy, smiling and looking at the camera.

Courtney
Yeah, I liked the cow hat. This man was going to run with his wife and adult daughter; all three had cow hats but the ladies declined to join him in a group photo

John, yes, it's pretty low key but usually a fun event. There's another one in that east side area of town next month, Brady Street Festival, that's usually a bit more frantic.

The font used is Counter.

Thanks for looking.

Thanks, Judy.
Late in July is the Brady Street Festival. There seem to be more outlandish outfits at that one.
