This is not going to last long...
The grids will be replaced by special glass to prevent hanging padlocks!
Just a try to see if I can attach a picture to my post.

Great image Michel.
What is the significance of the padlocks?

Michel -- I enjoy seeing your lovely photos of your part of the world. I've never visited there, so I find the subjects of your photos especially interesting.

I noticed it is 4.27 mb. Was the photo attached using the 'upload attachment' found within the reply window? The same attachment option which previously limited image size to 500 px 256k?

Thanks for starting your thread!

Yes, I wanted to know if we could post large images as attachments without linking to the gallery.
I did not remember the pixel dimensions for placing the image in the post. We'll have to find the new rules.

Simple: a few years ago, began the idea for people in love to hang a padlock on a few bridges on the Seine. I have still shots from the same point of view 5 years back, and there was not padlocks. This has become dangerous (one of those grids fell in the Seine).
Here is my try to see if an image 500 pixels wide can be inserted in the post.

Nice picture. I like the way you caught Larry, Curly and Moe on the handrail.

Michel that is a great photo. I never thought of how dangerous that would be. Great test thread.
