I'm in the Jessica Sprague Up & Running class and she recommend www.jenwilsondesigns.com and I visited. I tried to buy some designs but some kept saying that they couldn't be downloaded and charged me a shipping fee. I sent an email to JenWilson and to my surprise she responded within less than one hour. She asked me the issue and said I shouldn't be charged that. She fixed it and then let me know it was fixed.

I have to say that I LOVE THE CORRESPONDENCE (fast and kept in contact until I was able to get the sets), LOVE THE DESIGNS, AND LOVE THE EASE OF DOING BUSINESS WITH JEN WILSON. I want to highly recommend her to y'all. Not only are her sets nice but really inexpensive and if you love Grunge, you must visit this site.

The same thing happened to me a few weeks ago. I was trying to buy and I was getting a shipping charge. I sent and e-mail and the response came almost immediately. She fixed it and I was able to buy the next day. It is by far hands down my favorite site!!

I just got some gorgeous papers from Jen Wilson's site......Paypal payment went through immediately. I'm just waiting for a download link.

Sign into the site and see if it has an account. When I purchased the link was sent right away and I was also redirected back to the purcahase page where I could download. I will look at my account and see if I can get detailed instructions for you.

Go to my account

Go to previous orders

Click on view

Scroll to the bottom and there are all of you download links.
