Did you get an e-mail showing it had been processed?
I always get the one showing my order has processed and my pay pal account has been charged. Then I get the one with the download keys.

Forward that back to them explaining the problem.
maybe the support person went out of town for the weekend. They have always gotten right back to me. Unlike some other sites. (scrap artist took 2 weeks to answer me and they never did give me an answer to my final question)

That's a good idea to forward the mail back to them. I used the contact form on the website (twice, in fact) and didn't get a response. I'm hoping to get it resolved tomorrow. I leave Wednesday and surely will have forgotten all about it by the time I get back.
