Came a cross this, haven't tried it out yet (will when I get home), and I don't know if it will work with anything other than PSE6, but I will find that out tonight too (I have PSE5).

Thanks - I'll give it a try when I get home tonight......I've been using 6 for the last couple of weeks and liking it.

It will work with 5 and even with 4 if you have Smartcurve or a plugin that gives you access to curves and have uppgraded to the RAW converter that is at least 4.1. I think this is the last version of RAW converter that will work in 4, but it gives you access to the vibrance adjustment.
