Here's a site where you can convert your image to vector graphics. I haven't tried it yet, but it looks interesting.

Seems promising. Here is my first test, you can recover the resulting files as EPS, SVG (vector format) or PNG (bitmap compatible with PSE).

Very interesting for logos or creative effects.

In the meantime, I have found time to try this site. Wow! What a powerful tool! You guys will love this.
I started with this one
