I subscribe to Popular Photography. In every issue there is a page named "Free Stuff"

The January-2009 issue had an item - Find more filter effects than you need
I couldn't resist

Wow, I have a folder now full of stuff that I haven't even put on the PC yet. I have unzipped one of 20 Zip-files downloaded; that installed 19 filters into PSE5. After I get more familiar with what I have, I'll probably identify the keepers and delete the rest.

This is the website:
http://www.photoshop-filters.com

The say they are for Photoshop -- all of the ones I have so far installed work just fine in Elements.

Then I got a little silly with one of the filters I installed from the cited website

Not really sure how often I'll use that one, but I think it's going to be one of my keepers
