This is so original & beautiful.

Here is a website I thought you might enjoy or maybe try out. I hope you enjoyed looking at her work as much as I did.

I've listed below the website, where to purchase & her site:

I am assuming this is something you do after the picture is printed. I love the look.

I was thinking the same thing. We should be able to at least come close?

here is my try...
first I added yellow, changed blend mode to soft light and reduced opacity.
then I decided the pictures had some orange to them. Added a warming filter.
when I looked again, I saw brown, so I used my chocolate action. reduced opacity.
They also looked like they had been dodged and burn, so I added that in.

here is where I found the beach shot.

all of this gold makes me think of our gold text threads. :rotfl: I lost all of my gold layer styles in my laptop crash. Everything was in PSE5. What were the really good ones that we lost and then found again and can someone e-mail them to me or show me the link.

EDIT: it looks closer in IE where their is no color management. In FF I think it looks to yellow, in IE it has more orange to it. :bigwink:

Here is my version.

Converted to black and white. Bumped the contrast way up. Selected the highlights and copied them to a new layer. Tinted the black and white full layer with a sepia tone. Used Color Balance to adjust the highlights more yellow and the midtones more orangy.

Looking good, Kimi and Michelle. How about posting your complete workflow or writing a tutorial on this for the newsletter both of you.
Kimi and Michelle what fantastc work!
I would love to see some others give it a try. Then maybe we could do a combo of what worked?
