I don't really like the effect on people. hmmm just me i guess.

I see at least three points to achieve such a look:
- a kind of gradient map to get the gold tone
- maybe some 'glow' effect
- and to give the 'metallic sheen', some added noise giving the powder effect. I think adding rather heavy noise in a hard light layer copy, reduced opacity might help.
Maybe putting together our various suggestions, we could end up with a good collective tutorial?
