Hi everyone, just thought I would share a tutorial with you.

- Open image
- Select Layer > New > Layer from background
- Duplicate Layer
- Select Layer > Arrange > Send Backward
- Click on bottom layer Select Image > Resize > Canvas Size
- Choose New size > 1.5” Width & Height > OK
- Still on bottom layer Select Image > Transform > Free Transform
- Drag anchor points on each side to edge of canvas > Enter
- Select Enhance > Adjust Lighting > Brightness/Contrast > Adjust Brightness to 20-50
- OK
- Select Filter > Blur > Gaussian Blur > Radius 20-30% > OK
- Add any texture to the bottom blurry layer such as Filter > Distort > Glass and play with settings >
Distortion > 10 > Smoothness > 5 > Texture > Frosted > Scaling > 150%
- On the top image layer, you can apply a stroke or bevel or drop shadow.
- Flatten and finish with a frame of your choice.
