Amazing. I love how you paint with blcak and the colour comes through. It's like the childhood magic books that you painted with water and the colours appeared!

You'll discover that this magic (it's Halloween...) is very important to learn with fun and enthusiasm. Mastering Elements or Photoshop may require time and patience, but unlike magicians who are generally unwilling to unveil their 'tricks', you'll find here many friendly people willing to help you, full of creative ideas.
Have a try at our contests, and show us your work and progresses. Above all, never be too shy to ask for guidance...

Yes, an anology to "painting with black" is "cleaning whitewash off the layer, so you see what's underneath".
