Posted: Mon Nov 17, 2008 3:25 pmHELP. I am trying to do this frame, but all I get is a black border with nothing. I have done everything, but the gaussian blur shows nothing at all. I go Filter/Blur/Gaussian Blur. Is that right. It shows a blank preview and when I put in a number (I have used 4, 25, 30, 250max) and click ok nothing happens. I then do ctrl and d to get rid of the marching ants. HELP.

Posted: Mon Nov 17, 2008 3:52 pmI just ran though the tutorial again and this is what you need to do. After you fill the layer with white, get rid of the matching ants (select>deselect). Now do the blur and it should work fine for you.
