About 6 weeks ago I bought our grand daughter PSE6 and a 2 year subscription. A few days back my visa account was credited with a full refund [$79]. I didn't ask for it, they just did it. It made me happy.

Now I'm wondering what, if anything, they'll do about my membership? Ill give them a call.

It was my understanding that any new subscriptions or renews from the past 6 to 8 weeks were automatically refunded. Some are calling and others are waiting for the e-mails to come later this week.
