What has Adobe done to the Bevel's in PSE 6?

I was making a slide mount in PSE 6 but the Bevel's now have a blurry inner shadow instead of a crisp one!

Can someone hear try and make a slide mount and see if you also get the blurry inner shadow?

Any workaround technique would be appreciated.
Anybody?
Jack,
why are you using the bevel?
Scott Kelby says make you shape for the slide and then apply a low drop shadow of 1 pixel.
This is meant to give a slightly blurred shadow. If it's to soft for you try increasing the opacity of the shadow.
Hope this helps.

Kev,

I've learned much from Scott Kelby, I have several of his DVD's/Books. In previous versions of PSE I would add a "slight" bevel and emboss to the slide to give it a more 3D look. I really liked the effect. But for some reason Adobe has TAKEN that "slight" bevel/imboss out of PSE6.

Yes, I guess I could get by with just the drop shadow but why should I have too? When a new version of software comes out one expect there to be NEW features but not OLD ones taken away. I guess I'll just reinstall PSE5 so I can do it the way I was accustomed.
Jack,
I agree and have both 5 and 6 on my PC.
