how do some of you get the round things to spin...the ones in front of the thread. It is driving me crazy trying to figure it out

They turn red when there is a new post - and I seem to remember that they "crawl" or "spin" when there is a post being updated. In other words if someone has clicked reply and is typing it shows movement. Does that make any sense?.... I really need to stumble off to bed before I start getting giddy and really goofy.

I don't know if Jane was right completely..some are still spinning or maybe it is my head. I need sleep been up since 4:30

I just call it entertainment. I guess i am easily amused.

It could be if they are spinning/scrolling/in some sort of motion that it is a "hot" topic???
