Anything and everything about Photoshop Elements

Since this covers two categories I have put it in the General Discussions.

I thought it would be a good idea that if you are posting a tutorial or a freebie that you post an example.

For tuts it would be great to see a before and after. This would be so helpful for members who are new to Elements or Photoshop and don't really know what an effect would do to an image. I know some people do post the after but not all.

With posting a freebie like and action or brush, etc show a example of what it does. That way we can see it and decide if we want to download it.

Good idea Kim!
I know myself, if I read something without examples and I am not familiar with a filter or whatever I find it hard to envision the end result so I tend to think maybe it is something to complicated and move on to something else and maybe come back to it at another time. Or I think maybe since they didn't show the result that the technique really isn't that great to start with. If I see the image, I think wow, I gotta try that or that is cool or oh I think I can do that.

I know when I first found PET and had no idea how to use Elements I was afraid to try something unless I saw it. The before and after really got my attention and think this would be a great thing especially for newbies.

Great suggestion. As someone trying to learn how to use PSE this would be very helpful. I suggest posting this request in both the Tut section and the freebie section to increase the chances it is compiled with.
