Simple...
Yes, you can set the saturation to 0. Of course you have the classical exposure, brightnes and contrast. The highlight recovery and Fill light are there. The clarity slider may give some more pop.
And you can use the temperature and tint slider to replace to a certain extent the channel mixer.
Worth a try!
