OK I can upload my photos BUT how do I activate the link in my posts please?

Control Panel
-> Profile
-> Edit signature

Enter this under your name (assuming that this is what you mean?):

[url=http://www.prestophoto.com/photos/gallery/your gallery number]Your Photos[/url]

replace your gallery number with your gallery number
replace Your Photos with whatever you wish to call your gallery.

If you are trying to add a picture within you post, go below the Save, Preview and Submit buttons and you will see a tab called Upload attachment (click on that tab). From there click Browse, Add the file and you should be set to go. Remember to keep your long side at 500 pix.

Once you click on the Add the file, the screen will change and then click Place inline.
