SmugMug was recommended to me. I'm wondering if any of you use it and if you like it.

Thanks in advance - Russ
I don't use it, but from all that I've seen, it looks like a nice way to display a gallery. I like all the options for viewing. One can even upload video clips.
Here is a link to a photographer who uses it extensively. http://weiw.lightshedder.com/.

BillZ, who previously posted the weekly photo theme challenge also uses Smug Mug. He probably wouldn't mind a pm from you. http://regularman.smugmug.com/

I use SmugMug and have had an account for a couple of years with now. There are a lot of options available, depending on the account level you have with them. I've been really happy with it. My Eye On You Photography link goes to it.

Thanks for the feedback.

I signed up with them and I've been putting together my photosite. It will take several days, weeks, months and/or years to get it the way I want it. Here's a link to what I have so far.

Betty, thanks for the kind words. I have a lot to learn, like how to do this with my page [the link below].

I have has a smug account for years and love it. I need to revamp mine and create a new nav bar and a few extras I'm thinking about. Smug mug is great with tech support and I can't say enough on how easy it has been. I highly recommend them :chickendance:

Jen, thanks for the recommendation. I love your SmugMug site and pictures.

I noticed that SmugMug is not in your website address. Is that something they still do? I have the pro account but didn't see that choice.

Here's the link to the one I've been working on - there's still lots to do - but it's coming along.

BTW: the joke thread you started is going great!!!!
Thank you and yes you have to set your URL to the smug site in customization. Look at the help menu where they give great step by step info.

Going to look at your site now.

Thanks Jen for your help and suggestions. I've been looking around at the different ways people have set up their sites and, so far, Moon River is my favorite. I tried to get mine that way but, in the process I lost all my galleries. My goal for today is to get them back. I hope you got to my site before my galleries disappeared.
