I was wondering if someone could help me. I have PSE version 3 and 5 on my computer. I have loaded so many extras i.e., actions, brushes, plug-ins, etc. into verison 5 that my computer is running really slow when I open PSE5 it takes forever. If I were to uninstall PSE 3 to free up some disc space, will removing it have any affect on how PSE5 works? Thanks in advance for your help.

It shouldn't as long as (if you use organizer, you pictures are in five).

Lori, it doesn't matter because you can only have one version of PSE open at a time.

How much RAM do you have on your PC?
When you open Elements, what other programs, if any, do you also have open?

I ran out of disk space and had to move my images to an external drive to get everything back in check.

I have this thing down to bare bones.

you will need to check your ram and your disk space?
