Rusty, yesterday I was looking at a make fog tut on youtube.com using clouds and gaussian blur filter. I think it was by rastervector.com can't remember but I'm sure if you do a search you will find it. They guy did a fine job on it.

Yes, the YouTube video I liked was this onehttp://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JkSS7YEc1so&feature=related. The benefit for me was that I could actually understand what he was saying - I can't make sense of some of the others.
