I just received these 2 books on Photoshop CS3:
1- Masking and Compositing by Katrin Eismann, this is an incredible book for example I have been working hard trying to master Layers. This book have an excellent chapter on it. IMHO it is GREAT!!! I think this book will become my favorite, I'm just in love with it. I think this book will be usefull for PSE4-5 and 6 also.

2- Adobe Photoshop CS3 for Photographers by Martin Evening, well on this one you get an encyclopidia on the subject. It is a big book 680 pages but you will find on it the anwers to all your questions, it comes with a fantastic DVD. I already own Martin's book on Photoshop Lightroom and is my favorite book on the subject this one wont be any less.

Thanks for the book titles and review Don. I have been looking into some books for CS3 and haven't been about to decide which one I want to buy. Martin's book is one I have been considering. Will look for it this weekend when I take my son to Barnes and Noble.
