I got to paz last weekend and this weekend I desisded to ply with it. It is a lot of fun when it work properly must of the time when I ckick Save it gives me this:
1- "Topaz Clean 2 Selected Stylize-Details" I click OK
then it gives me this:
2-"Process: Topaz Clean 2 Proc Engine: error code:-1000" I click OK AGAIN and then gives me this:
3-"Proc Engine:error code:-1000 Could not complete the Topaz clean2 command"
And by this time I'm pulling my hair :x

My question is what is causing this? It happen in both Clean2 and Adjust
:thanks:

There are thousands of happy Topaz users and I've not heard of this before (I follow a Topaz Software group on Flickr).
I'd report it to Topaz and delete the installation, then get a fresh download - it should still work with your licence number. If you still have problems, get back to Topaz.

Most users that I've read about having problems have found the people at Topaz very helpful in the past.

I agree with Geoff. I would uninstall and reinstall and see what happens. If this doesn't fix the problem, contact Eric at TopazLabs. I'm running Adjust, Clean2, Simplify and DeNoise and have had no problems with either XP or VIsta. Good Luck, Don.

Thank's amigos, I will email topaz and see what they have to say.
Now, one thing I have to admit and that is that topaz is the best thing I got since slice bread :D it is an incredible program and worth every penny. :thanks: again.
