OK. Trying something new here, since old forum was strictly PSElements, and this is not I am including images in my gallery that were created by a variety of techniques. If y'all hiss at me for doing this, well, then, I guess I'll just have to pout.

Try this for a complicated workflow: The linked image was initially 1) 3 digitally captured photos, 2) turned into a collage in PSE3, 3) printed to a 4" x 6" image, 4) scanned by a DayLab printer and projected onto a 3 1/4" x 4 1/4" piece of peel-apart Polaroid film, which was peeled about 10 seconds into development and the emulsion slapped down onto a piece of watercolor paper and allowed to continue developing there--a standard Polaroid image transfer. Then, 5) the resulting transfer image was scanned back into my computer and 6) digitally enhanced using PSE3 and printed out onto high-quality photorag paper at more than twice the image transfer size. From there, I have 7) hand-colored the print using pastel pencils then, in order to display it here, 8) scanned it back into the computer so that it is once again a digital file. So it has been digital, analog, digital, analog and then digital once more. I would call this form of digital-analog image-making "digi-...", but you see, it would, um, sound like something found on a too graphic porn site rather than some place G-rated.
The banana flower was taken at a local botanical garden and the Foo lion and the red, temple-style roof (upper left corner) were taken at a small shopping center in Little Saigon here in Orange County, CA.
Whatcha think?
