This is the best site for helping you with color and you can make swatches. I love this site....it really helps

You can create your custom colors or pick the different types like complimentary, triad, shades, compound, etc... check it out. :woohoo:

I did figure out that to download the color swatches you will need Illustrator to load them. I have not figured out how to do this in photoshop or even if you can yet. I will post back if I get it to work. If not then you will have color hex codes to create your color chips.
