a section where members have a picture they are trying to restore or just make better and need help..they could post picture and members can give suggestions or work on it and repost...could be a subsection under members gallery, maybe

Or what about under Before & After? I mean, we wouldn't need a whole new forum section, people could just post "Help" in the subject line or something? I hate to see too many forums cluttering up things. With subject line tags, you can accomplish a lot without creating new forums.
