Photoshop Creative

I don't know if this is the right place to post this or not....but here goes.
In the field that says "new post" I get a background script that says post a new topic. Is this a sight issue? Or a browser issue?

I never noticed, I get the same thing.
My browser is Google Chrome

Same thing on Firefox and IE 8, so that just about covers the market!
