Photoshop Creative

I did this scatter effect on the photo below and when I lost my EHD there went the tutorial for it. I have someone asking me how to do this and I DON't KNOW how to find the tut. Does anyone recognize it or know where to find it. I have googled until my fingers are blue.......I have nada. I would like to find out how to do this since I lost it.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
