Can someone please help me with this:
After I DL raw presets what do I do? Where do I put them? How do I go about loading them?

are they for acr or LR??

Hi Linda,

I assume you are talking about presets for Photoshop.

ACR Presets need to be copied here to enable them to be loaded by Photoshop

C:\Documents and Settings\User\Application Data\Adobe\CameraRaw\Settings

User is variable from system to system - depends on how you log on to WIndows.

Easiest way is to access ACR dialogue box, click on the fly out hot spot and select Load Settings

Click on the drop down arrow and you will see where the presets need to be on your system.

The flyout hot spot is on the extreme right of the ACR dialogue box. When you first access ACR it will say Basic and is located near the top. Once copied here, they will be accessed when you do the Load Settings
