I'm giving you four to play with.

The .dng files are Exported DNG Files.zip.

If you have an issue with the zip file, let me know. I used that 7-something zip and it didn't seem to compress very much....must have done something wrong.

No problem, I just downloaded the DNG and they are OK. Do not expect raw images files to be significantly compressed by any zip software. That's only possible with lossy compression such as in jpeg.
Now, back to work and play on those excellent images!

Ok, after ACR I could not resist a few tweakings in Elements: removing purple fringeing in the top left, some dodging and burning to enhance the mist... and a frame for this excellent landscape.

Playing around with the export with layers still. Made a virtual copy, on one I just upped the colors abit. The other I used preset called urban B/W grunge. In CS3 I changed the top layer blend to exclusion lower the opacity. Then duplicated that layer 3 times and changed the blend to color. Did a real high, high pass on the merged layers. Sort of looks Norman Rockwellie to me.

I'm loving what you're doing, Michel and Suzi. I haven't played yet, except for the river picture, which was on my 12 of 12 a couple of months ago. I know what you're talking about, Michel, with the purple fringing.....I fought it, too. Keep playing. :D

I have no idea what all I did to this one but I totally love the outcome. But that is just me.

Yeah, Suzi. I was hoping someone would hit on that picture. It looks great.

Here's the tree. Upped exposure a bit and boosted clarity in LR; took into Elements, selected blue and deleted, inverted, created a blank white layer below, did levels adjustment and sharpened.

It's a really cool picture.......even if I did take it. :rotfl: Something about it just clicks for me, I guess.
