The first photo I used Matt's Surreal Light preset. The other two I just played with the adjustments.

Suzi,

I especially like that moonlight preset effect. The sky that day was really flat - not until I started playing with the ACR converter in Elements - hadn't moved up to CS3 and the full ACR panels yet - it was easy to get the saturated red and not too much more. Really Really like the Purple/UV tones you found! :woohoo: :woohoo:

Good whale and like the negative clarity on the tree shadows also!

Anita,

Looks good also - like the punch you put into the Whale. By the way the whale is from the West Edmonton Mall.

Interesting on how the filter effect to deal with lens vignetting looks so good on so many images.

smiles,

Yeah like that tree - I have done several veriations myself - the image was shot at 2:30 in the afternoon on a dazzling bright day. I like the ones that "set" it at night or evening with a darkened effect. Kind of Halloween-ey.

Thanks, John. I was wondering where that whale was.

I used the McDreamy preset on this one, then boosted the contrast and saturation
