I tried to load grants tools and grants aligment tools with no luck, I don't know
what I am doing wrong, would someone be available to help me through it step by step.

first.. make sure you are downloading the tools that match your version on Elements.

I did and then I deleted them to wait for someone to help?

I just downloaded them again and have the ready in a folder

I went to look.

click on Downloads, Abbreviated Tools.
When the file shows, choose extract all files.
follow the directions and you should have another folder.

I had a problem too. I didn't have the folders they told me to copy them to. I eventually purchased Graffi's FX Bundle that had Add-o-Matic and that put them where they needed to be. ...but and it's a big (_l_) ...I still needed to rebuild the pallettes. To do this I hit Ctrl+Shift while PSE Editor was loading.

Gary.. is it Ctrl and Shift? I thought it was just the shift key to rebuild your artworks and effect?
(I have to admit, it has been a while)
