I currently have PSE 5.0 running on a PC with Windows XP-Pro. I would like to switch to an I-Mac. I understand that I will need to buy and install the Macintosh version of Elements. What is the process for moving my files so I don't lose the Photshop identifying tags I have laboriously added to my photos?

Since mac has iPhoto instead of organizer I don't think the tags will come with. I can think of one thing to batch re-tag instead of individually. Create a file for each tag and put copies of the photos with that tag in it on an external drive. Plug the external drive into the mac and use iphoto's import feature to bring each file's contents in and tag them with iphoto(keywords) at once. May speed things up a little.
