I am clicking on my artwork & effects button and when the drop-down menu comes up, it' blank. Any suggestions on how I can fix this?

Hi,
go to Windows and in the drop down dialogue make sure that Artworks and Effects is ticked.

Try this
Exit elements
Hold down CTRL, Alt, Shift while restarting elements
you should get a pop up that asks if you want to delete the settings file, say yes
the editor should restart.

You may have to try again if you do not get the keys all held down long enough.

Artwork & effects is checked off and I tried ctl alt shift and said yes, nothing has changed!! Help!

Make sure you hold the three buttons down all at the same time and hold them down until elements loads
I had to try it three or four times before I could get it to work.

Restart Elements & hold <Shift> when you see the white Adobe splash screen; keep holding it until you see a "Building Artwork and Effects..." progress bar.

After many tries, I finally got it to work!!! Thanks for the help everyone.
