here is how to get pm, screenshot. As for the wrong size you almost had it just go to file>save to web..click on image size in the width and height (which ever is the biggest type in 450) then click on apply. then go to save and save it to someplace that is easy for you to find..screenshot for this also. CLICK ON THE PICTURES TO ENLARGE THEM!!!!
