Photoshop Creative

I need simple instructions on how to install and use actions on a MAC for PSE 4. This is a great site and any help will be appreciated.

I know nothing about a Mac, but can PSE 4 use actions?

I've used PSE 5 and never thought I could use them. Filters worked though.

I know you can't install most Photoshop actions but when I has PSE 4 & 5, I had lots of extras installed.

EDIT: I wonder if Graffi's "add-o-matic" worked with a Mac? Does anyone know?
