Photoshop Creative

I would like something like this for my own scrapbook. I asked the owner of the photo/scrapbook page and she said she did it online, but I want something similar to use in Photoshop Elements 5. I would have to be able to download it to my computer. Also I would have to be able to write anything I want on it.

Does anyone have any ideas.

Michele, I too have been trying to find just this online recently. I have been trying mostly to find a premade spiral for the binding. I have not found one yet. If I do I will let you know.
